Returns and Exchanges
Return Policy
Lé Geit Studio accepts returns on eligible products within 30 days of purchase.
Items must be unworn, unused, undamaged, and returned with their original packaging, tags, and any accompanying materials.
Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Sale and final-sale items
- Hats
- Socks
- Footwear
- International orders
- Any additional item specifically identified as final sale or non-returnable on its product page
Lé Geit Studio cannot accept returns or exchanges for worn, used, damaged, or incomplete merchandise.
Domestic U.S. Returns
To begin a return, contact us at info@legeitstudio.com with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return.
Once your return is approved, a USPS return shipping label will be provided along with return instructions.
Eligible U.S. returns will receive a refund for the amount paid for the returned item(s), minus an $8 restocking fee. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to be processed. Additional processing time may be required by your bank or payment provider before the refund appears in your account.
Exchanges
For exchange requests, contact info@legeitstudio.com within 30 days of purchase. Exchanges are subject to product availability and the same eligibility requirements listed above.
